ADMT Lesson 1 Environment - Christopher Nah

In my opinion, I think that human being's selfish acts would definitely bring about the Earth's doom. Human activities such as deforestation, pollution and industrialization are depleting Mother Nature's resources at an alarming rate and I am sure that if this continues, Earth's doom would definitely not be far from now.

Everyone can save the Earth by firstly cutting down our carbon footprints.

Carbon footprint is a estimated measure used to calculate the amount of carbon dioxide you emit during your activities per year. Using public transport is a way of cutting down your carbon footprint greatly

Driving a car to work every day will cause your carbon footprint to increase greatly. (308kg of carbon dioxide emitted through activities!)

Travelling on trains will reduce your carbon footprint by about 91% !

(29kg of carbon dioxide emitted through activities!)

Travelling on buses will reduce your carbon footprint by about 67% !

(101kg of carbon dioxide emitted through activities!)

A table about carbon dioxide emitted by different appliances in your home.

Using energy efficient or energy saving appliances in your home is another way of reducing your carbon footprint greatly.
